Test Criteria

X – Ray Both Knee Standing Anteroposterior (AP) & Left Knee Lateral (LAT) View test is used to visualize the knee joint. The knee joint includes the lower end of the upper leg bone (femur), the upper end of the lower leg bones (the tibia and fibula), the kneecap (patella), and the soft tissues (skin and muscles) surrounding it.

This test is prescribed by the doctor to diagnose any fracture of the bones that forms the knee joint and to monitor the healing of the broken bone after it has been set and diagnose any suspected osteoarthritis or dislocation of the knee joint.
