Test Criteria

X – Ray Both Lower Limb (Anteroposterior) AP Standing test to visualize the bones, joints of the lower limbs and the soft tissues (skin and muscles) surrounding it. The lower limb includes the hip, thigh, knee, lower leg, ankle joint, and foot.

This test is prescribed by the doctor to diagnose any fractures of the bones of the lower limb (leg) and to monitor the healing of the broken bone, after it has been set. The area of the leg includes the hip, thigh, knee, lower leg, ankle joint, and foot.
